Neuromuscular conditions — including myopathies, ALS, and myasthenia gravis — require an experienced neurologist with access to precise electrodiagnostic testing. At Alam Neurology Clinic, EMG and nerve conduction studies are performed on-site, eliminating separate referrals.

Dr. Alam evaluates weakness, cramping, and sensory symptoms using in-office EMG and NCS to determine whether involvement is in the muscle, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction, or motor neurons. On-site infusion therapy is available for eligible patients with conditions such as myasthenia gravis, supporting comprehensive care without additional travel.
